The amount due shall be equal to the commission that Essex Capital Finance would have received had the facility completed.<\/span><\/p><p>\n\n<\/p><p data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1514\"><span data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1512\">Essex Capital Finance will issue an invoice immediately upon withdrawal or failure to proceed. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. If the invoice is not settled within 30 days, an additional \u00a3200 will be added to the balance owed, and the matter may be passed to collections or legal recovery without further notice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Severability<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u><br><\/u><\/strong>If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions.
